A huge thank you to Paul and Liya, who were super helpful from the very start, helping us confirm the date, arranging the pre-order menu, and even setting up a special corner just for us to ensure we had a nice space for our gathering. Despite having a large group order, the service was flawless. The food was incredibly yummy, served hot, and timed perfectly. The atmosphere was cosy and welcoming! Definitely one of the best restaurants in Reading. We had such a great time and will definitely be back!"

"This place is wonderful! Popped in for brunch and was received very warmly ~ lovely hostess. The food was incredible, had the Brie & jam toastie with Raf coffee. The toastie had perfect ratio of Brie to bread ~ oozing :) coffee was also delicious & creamy. Would definitely return, probably for the jazz nights here."

"We visit this cafe all the time because their coffees are made so perfectly, a great selection and always recommend their specials. The staff are always so friendly and always chatty and approachable. Their recommendations always go down well and the atmosphere is the perfect level of peaceful and busy. We always enjoy their homemade soup which changes from time to time, and they have even go ne the extra mile to accommodate takeaway when possible. The RAF coffee is particular favourite!"

"I booked their live jazz night event in December last year for my birthday and it was the best decision I made that month. From the food, to the atmosphere to the service, I had an absolutely amazing time — the staff and live musician even surprised me with a birthday song! This restaurant is incredible for special events that want to be celebrated in a more intimate but still social setting. This is especially the case for their live jazz events; kudos to the musicians for their amazing performances alongside the staff for their seamless service despite the busy evening. Though the food is on the pricier side, it’s absolutely worth it for the live events they do. Plus they always have seasonal specials which make it a new experience every time you go there. Highly recommend!"
